Consider the following scenario.
You embed a Microsoft Office Excel 2003 worksheet in a Word 2003 document.
You edit the object, and then you click outside the object.
You wait for several minutes, and then you right-click the object.
In this scenario, the object is not displayed on the shortcut menu as an Excel worksheet. Instead, it is displayed as an unspecified object. Additionally, if you try to edit the object again, Word 2003 may crash. This problem occurs after you install an add-in that uses the WorkbookOpen event in Excel 2003.
