The Application Virtualization 4.5 MP for SCOM may not be translated when using Simplified or Traditional Chinese

When the Application Virtualization 4.5 Management Pack is used with System Center Operations Manager and is configured in a Simplified or Traditional Chinese environment, Knowledge may not get translated to the localized language.
This will be noticed if the Application Virtualization’s Management Pack for SCOM 2007 is imported, the “View Knowledge” dialog box is clicked and the “Product Knowledge” tab is viewed.
The System Center Operations Manager 2007 User Interface may fail to reference the language locale.
This can be resolved by following the steps in the following Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
