Consider the following scenario. You install the daylight saving time (DST) update that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article 951072 on an Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1)-based server that has the Client Access server (CAS) role installed. Then you change one occurrence of a recurring appointment to make an exceptional occurrence.
