"Unable to process request:Error encountered while attempting to process request Number: 0 Source: FrxPDFLib :: clsPDFSvrProc Description: Unable to process request. Request timed out during retrieval phase. Please re-submit your request."This error occurs when generating a report.
An improper setting in the Acrobat Distiller caused this issue. The "View PDF when using Distiller Printer check box was selectedand it needs to becleared or this issue will continue.This issue was resolved in the R06650 Service Pack for FRx Designer.
To set the Output Options of Distiller correctly:Launch Acrobat Distiller. Select File and then Preferences. Under Output Options, verify that all check boxes are cleared.
