SYMPTOMS
On a computer that is running Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1 (SP1), the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service crashes every time that a specific database is mounted. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log:
Log Name:      Application Source:        MSExchange Common Event ID:      4999 Task Category: General Level:         Error Keywords:      Classic Description: Watson report about to be sent to dw20.exe for process id: 436, with parameters: E12N, c-rtl-AMD64, <version>, store.exe, store.exe, 572b6, c0000005, af80, <version>.  ErrorReportingEnabled: False
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 9 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
