When you use Microsoft Office Communicator version 2.0.6362.97 or later, you cannot transfer a call. For example, this issue occurs in the following scenario:
- User A is running Communicator version 2.0.6362.97 or later.
- User A initiates a call to a User B, and then User B transfers the call to User C.
In this scenario, the call between User A and User C is not set up as expected.
This issue occurs when the user's Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) contains an upper case character.
