You upgrade Microsoft SNA Server 4.0 to Microsoft Host Integration Server 2006. After the upgrade, you open the Transaction Integrator (TI) manager to view objects. Then, you find the Application Host column field for all COM+ objects is blank.
This issue occurs because the TI Manager stops enumerating objects that are contained within COM+ packages if an error occurs during the enumeration process.
