You are currently offline, waiting for your internet to reconnect

When you run an application that calls WinInet APIs and uses the Negotiate protocol which selects the NTLM authentication on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device, your credentials do not work

SYMPTOMS
You have an application that uses Windows Internet (WinInet) APIs to access Internet resources on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device. The application uses the Negotiate protocol which selects the NTLM authentication. When you run the application, your credentials do not work. For example, when you use a user account to access a server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, you repeatedly receive the following error message:
Failure to Authenticate User, with times=0x00000001 and response=401
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the security context is not maintained by the WinInet APIs. Therefore, the WinInet APIs accidentally close the socket on the Negotiate protocol.
