FIX: Error message in BizTalk Server 2006 in the Application Event log when you use a SOAP send port and messages are not sent successfully: "OutOfMemoryException: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown"

On a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006, you send SOAP messages by using a SOAP send port. However, you find that the messages are not sent successfully. Instead, the messages are suspended, and an error message is logged in the application event log that resembles the following:

Event Type: ErrorEvent Source: BizTalk Server 2006Event Category: BizTalk Server 2006 Event ID: 5754Description:A message sent to adapter "SOAP" on send port "<send port>" with URI "<URI>" is suspended. Error details: OutOfMemoryException: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.MessageId: {Message GUID}InstanceID: {Instance GUID}

This problem occurs because of an error in the SOAP adapter in BizTalk Server 2006.
