You receive an empty dialog box when you run the "Rundll32.exe shdocvw.dll, DoOrganizeFavDlg" command on a computer that is running Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 if Internet Explorer 8 is installed
On a computer that is running Windows XP or Windows Server 2003, you have Windows Internet Explorer 8 installed. When you try to open the Organize Favorites dialog box by using following command, you receive an empty dialog box, although the dialog box is expected to display the favorites information:
Rundll32.exe shdocvw.dll, DoOrganizeFavDlg
To work around this issue, you can use the following command at the command prompt instead of the command that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section:
Rundll32.exe ieframe.dll, DoOrganizeFavDlg
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. To install this hotfix, you must have Internet Explorer 8 installed on a computer that is running one of the following operating systems:

You have to restart the computer after you apply this hotfix.
