FIX: The Visual Studio Team System 2008 Database Edition GDR R2 IDE crashes when you try to import the schema of a database that defines an application role and that uses a specific collation

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a database that defines an application role. This database uses one of the following collations:
    • Turkish_CI_AS
    • Turkish_CI_AI
    • SQL_Latin1_General_CP1254_CI_AS
  • You run a Microsoft SQL Server database project in Microsoft Visual Studio Team System 2008 Database Edition GDR R2.
  • You right-click the project in Solution Explorer and then click Start in the Import Database Wizard.
In this scenario, when the status is displayed as "Gathering application roles" in the Import Database Wizard, a System.IndexOutOfRangeException exception occurs in the Devenv.exe module. Additionally, the Visual Studio IDE crashes.
