  1. Click Start, click Run, type Notepad, and then click OK.
  2. Type the following text into the Notepad window:
     Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MGCCOMPL]"DependOnService"=hex(7):6d,00,73,00,6d,00,71,00,00,00,00,00[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MGCCHANS]"DependOnService"=hex(7):6d,00,73,00,6d,00,71,00,00,00,00,00
  3. On the File menu, click Save As.
  4. Select Desktop from the Save in drop-down list.
  5. Type Fix.reg in the File name box, select the All Files option from the Save as type drop-down list, and then click Save.
  6. On the Desktop, double-click the Fix.reg file to add the registry keys to the Windows registry.
