SYMPTOMS
You have the Sysprep tool installed on a computer that has Windows Internet Explorer 8 installed. When you delete the browsing history in Internet Explorer, the browsing history takes long than expected to delete.
CAUSE
This problem may occur when the Sysprep cleanup routine for Internet Explorer is running while you delete the browsing history in Internet Explorer. In this scenario, it may take 8 minutes to delete the browsing history.
RESOLUTION
