Symptoms
When you try to perform a manual promotion process for an e-mail message in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook, you receive the following error message:
Invalid Email Address.
This problem occurs if the following conditions are true:
  • You have installed Update Rollup 4 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

  • The display names in the e-mail message contain a combination of parentheses, spaces and at signs (@).
Resolution
