In SNA Manager in Microsoft Host Integration Server 2009 or in Microsoft Host Integration Server 2006, the SNA Server service stops.
Then, you attempt to restart the SNA Server service less than 60 seconds after it stopped.
In this scenario, attempts to connect to the host server through the 3270 Client will result in the following error message:
No Microsoft Host Integration Server computer found in domain
However, SNA Manager reports that the connection is active and that the status of the configured logical units (LUs) is "available". Additionally, attempts to connect to the host server through LU 6.2 Advanced Program-to-Program Communication (APPC) sessions fail.
