FIX: BAM tracking in BizTalk ESB Toolkit 2.0 does not work correctly in BizTalk Server 2009

Considering the following scenario:
  • On a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009, you have installed Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Toolkit 2.0.
  • You create a BizTalk application that uses ESB to process messages. Additionally, you enable Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) tracking in ESB Toolkit 2.0.
  • The computer is not configured to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
In this scenario, the application stops processing messages after a specific time.
This problem occurs because the Itinerary begintime, endtime, and timestamp fields are not populated correctly in the BAM tracking tables. Specifically, the Itinerary begintime changes from 12:59:59 to 01:00:00, instead of changing from 12:59:59 to 13:00:00. Thereafter, the BAM tracking data is incorrect.
