FIX: A BizTalk Server 2009 receive location that uses the WCF-BasicHttp transport type does not work if the endpoint address contains an embedded space

On a computer that is running Microsoft BizTalk Server 2009, you may experience the following issues.

Issue 1

You create a BizTalk receive location that uses WCF-BasicHttp as the transport type. In the WCF-BasicHttp Transport Properties page, you configure an endpoint address to use a URI that has an embedded space. For example, you specify a URI address as follows:
In this situation, the receive location that you configured cannot be accessed.

Issue 2

You use the BizTalk Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Service Publishing Wizard to publish a WCF service. When you specify the WCF service location, the wizard does not let you specify a location that contains an embedded space.
