FIX: Network communication stops on a Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device and this device becomes unresponsive

A Windows Embedded CE 6.0-based device receives network packets that have the same Media Access Control (MAC) address as the device. However, these packets have a different IP address than the device. This causes network communication to stop, and eventually the device becomes unresponsive.
This problem occurs because the network driver does not forward these network packets to the network protocol stack. Instead, these network packets are buffered in the driver. Then, these network packets lock up successive network communications.
