You have a client application that uses MAPI to access Exchange Server 2010 mailboxes. The MAPI application is set in the CONNECT_USE_ADMIN_PRIVILEGE flag. When the MAPI application try to access an address book, such as global address list (GAL), the MAPI application crashes.
This problem occurs because Exchange Server 2010 returns a "0x80040102 NotSupported" error message when the CONNECT_USE_ADMIN_PRIVILEGE flag is used. This error causes the MAPI application to crash.
To resolve this problem, install the following update rollup:
