You cannot publish an Access 2010 database that passes the Web compatibility check

You have a Microsoft Access 2010 database that passes the Web compatibility check. When you publish the database to a Microsoft SharePoint server, you receive the following error message:
Could not save this object's changes to the server. You canceled the previous operation.
This problem occurs when a report in the database uses an aggregate function, such as the Sum function or the Average function, in the Report Header section.
This problem occurs because aggregate functions are not supported in the Report Header section, or in the Page Header section.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
To work around this problem, add the aggregate function to the Detail section.
