FIX: "Error: Execution 'string' cannot be found (rsExecutionNotFound)" error message when you update a report on a computer that has Dynamics CRM 4.0 Connector for Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services installed
You have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Connector for Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services installed on a computer.
You open a CRM report. Then, you leave the report idle for more than twenty minutes.
You click the refresh symbol to update the report.
In this scenario, you receive an error message that resembles the following:
Error: Execution 'string' cannot be found (rsExecutionNotFound)
This problem occurs because of an error in the Microsoft SQL Server report viewer control. When the report viewer control opens a report, the SQL Server Reporting Service generates and stores an execution ID for the report. The execution ID is deleted when the session times out. If a report is left open one minute ahead of the time when the session times out, the report viewer control pings the SQL Server Reporting Service and resets the expiration time for the execution ID. However, the ping fails. This causes the session time-out and the deletion of the execution ID.
A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.

You must have Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 Service Pack 1 installed to apply this hotfix.
You do not have to restart the Eclipse after you apply the hotfix if no instance of Visual Studio is being used.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
