Add due dates and reminders to your tasks

Add a reminder

  1. Select a task to open its detail view

  2. Select Remind me

  3. Choose Later todayTomorrowNext Week or Pick a date & time

A tasks's detail view is open with Remind me selected with the options to select Later today, Tomorrow, Next week or Pick a date & time

Add a due date

  1. Select a task to open its detail view.

  2. Select Add due date

  3. Choose TodayTomorrowNext Week or Pick a date

Set the due date to repeat

  1. Select a task to open its detail view

  2. Select Repeat  

  3. Choose DailyWeekdaysWeeklyMonthlyYearly or Custom

View all of your tasks with a due date in Planned

With our Planned smart list, you can view all of your scheduled tasks in one place. Just open Planned to see your tasks due Today, Tomorrow and beyond.

Planned list is open with tasks grouped by Earlier, Today and Tomorrow
