Eligibility for Business Assist
Customers with an active Microsoft 365 for business subscription plan can use Business Assist for help with onboarding, migration and management services. Your organization must have 25 or fewer user licenses.

Get Business Assist
Only organizations that are eligible will see the option to buy Business Assist. Business Assist costs $5 per user per month. Here's steps on how you can buy Business Assist.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to the Marketplace tab and select All products.

In the Marketplace search field, search for Business Assist.

On the results page, select Details under Business Assist for Microsoft 365.

Choose your license quantity and billing frequency and select Buy to complete your purchase.
