Eligibility for Business Assist
Customers with an active Microsoft 365 for business subscription plan can use Business Assist for help with onboarding, migration and management services. Your organization must have 25 or fewer user licenses.
Important: Business Assist is only available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
Get Business Assist
Only organizations that are eligible will see the option to buy Business Assist. Business Assist costs $5 per user per month. Here's steps on how you can buy Business Assist.
In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to the Marketplace tab and select All products.
In the Marketplace search field, search for Business Assist.
On the results page, select Details under Business Assist for Microsoft 365.
Choose your license quantity and billing frequency and select Buy to complete your purchase.

Go to https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact, sign in with your Business Assist email account, type your question and select Get help.
From Outlook, or any email platform of your choice, send an email with your issue to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you're the business owner or administrator of the org, you can also contact us through the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Go to admin.microsoft.com.
Select Help & Support and type your question.
Review the results and if you still have questions after checking out the help articles, select the headset to contact technical support.
