Microsoft removed the ability to connect new third-party accounts such as a Gmail account and sync existing connected accounts from within Outlook.com. How to view your other accounts while still using Outlook

While you can no longer add or sync third-party accounts as a connected account to Outlook.com, as long as that third-party account is supported, you may still be able to add the account to other Outlook versions, such as Outlook mobile, the desktop versions of Outlook for Windows or Mac, or by forwarding those emails to another Outlook.com account.

  • Outlook mobile Download Outlook for iOS or Outlook for Android to your mobile device. The mobile app lets you add other email accounts so you can sync your email, calendar, and contacts, easily switch between accounts, and have a combined inbox, search, and integrated calendar experience.   • New or classic Outlook for Windows desktop apps Classic Outlook for Windows is a desktop app included with Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscriptions or non-subscription versions of Office such as Office Home & Business.New Outlook for Windows is available free on Windows devices or as a free download. If you don't already have new Outlook, you can download it from the Microsoft Store following the steps below,Download and install new Outlook:

    1. Open the Microsoft Store on Windows app.

      Note: To download new Outlook, you must be running Windows 10 version 17763.0 or later.

      Get new Outlook

    2. Select Get. New Outlook will begin downloading.

    3. When the download is finished, select Open.

    4. Follow the prompts to add your account and start using new Outlook.
