In Microsoft Teams (free), you can easily create meetings with your contacts. You can create instant meetings when you want to start the meeting now, or you can create scheduled meetings to share with your contacts. There are multiple ways to create an instant meeting:

From your Chat tab, tap Start an instant meeting
at the top of the list.

Tap your profile picture, tap Calendar, then tap Start an instant meeting
at the top of the screen.

You can tap Edit
to change the name of the meeting.

Tap Share meeting invite
to share your meeting link via SMS and more.

Tap Copy meeting link
to copy the meeting invite link to your clipboard.

Tap Start meeting to begin.

Your meeting is created, and your meeting link is displayed in the meeting chat. You can copy and share this link at any time.

Set your audio and video options and tap Join now. You can Add participants or Share the meeting invite for people to join.
Note: If you don't want to have users enter the meeting's lobby before they're able to join, disable it by tapping
Meeting participants,
Meeting options, and select Everyone for Who can bypass the lobby in the dropdown.
Note: In the Communities preview in Teams, to schedule a community meeting, create it in the community's calendar.
