To remove the associated automation and workflow, you can delete a Flow from an existing SharePoint list.
Delete a flow from a SharePoint list
To delete a flow to an existing SharePoint list:
Navigate to the list where you want to delete a flow.
At the top of the list, from the menu bar, select Automate > Power Automate > See your flows.
Your browser opens a new tab with the Power Automate website. A listing of all of your flows appears, defaulting to My flows.
Place your cursor to the right of the flow name, select (vertical ellipsis icon), and from the dropdown, select Delete.
Tip: If you have not already signed in to Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, you are prompted to do so.
To confirm that you want to delete the flow, select Delete. This action deletes the flow for all users, and the action cannot be undone.
After the flow has been deleted, your My flows page loads showing a listing of all your flows.
Note: You can view all of your flows and check status on the Power Automate website at: https://flow.microsoft.com.
Activating Power Automate in a SharePoint list app
The next generation of SharePoint lists are being rolled out over time. The Microsoft 365 tenant administrator can set the default behavior for new lists. If the default behavior is set to the classic experience, the Automate menu does not appear at the top of your screen. If the new experience is available, you can enable it for your list in the Advanced Settings for the list app. To learn more, see Switch the default experience for document libraries from new or classic.
