Access files and folders offline

Select a different account.

You have multiple accounts

Choose the account you want to sign in with.

Open File Explorer and find the file or folder you want on OneDrive.
To make the file available offline, right-click the file and select Always keep on this device.
Look for the green tick , indicating your file or folder is available on your computer and synced online.
