Edit a flow for a list in SharePoint

To modify automation and workflow, you can edit a flow for an existing SharePoint list.

Edit a flow for a SharePoint list

To edit a flow that is already attached to an existing SharePoint list:

  1. Navigate to the list where you want to edit a flow.

  2. At the top of the list, from the menu bar, select Automate > Power AutomateSee your flows.

  3. Your browser opens a new tab with the Power Automate website. A listing of all of your flows appears, defaulting to My flows.

  4. For the flow you want to edit, drag your cursor to the right of the flow name, and select  Image of the pencil icon for editing a flow.  (pencil icon).

    Tip: If you have not already signed in to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, you are prompted to do so.

  5. Make your changes, and then select Save.

Note: You can view all of your flows and check status on the Power Automate website at: https://flow.microsoft.com.
