Choose the account you want to sign in with.

Use this dialog box to select a picture to insert on your slide.

Select clip art or an online image

  1. In the Search text box, type one or more words that describe the picture you're looking for.

  2. If you only want to search through clip art that is installed on your computer, leave the Include content from box empty.

    If you want to search both the clip art on your computer and the Office online image library, select the Include content from box.

  3. Click Go.

    After a brief pause, Office shows you the results of the search.

  4. Select the picture you want, and then click OK to insert it on the slide.

Add pictures from your computer to the clip organizer

  1. Select Import.

    The Add Clips to Organizer dialog box opens.

  2. Navigate to the folder that contains pictures you want to add to the clip organizer.

  3. Select the picture.

  4. Select Add.

    The picture is now included in the choices shown in the Select dialog box. Henceforward, the picture will always be available in the clip collection to select from this dialog box.
