Let customers schedule appointments with Bookings
Bookings makes it convenient for customers to schedule appointments with your business. You stay connected with your customers and save time managing schedules.

What do I need?

Web browser

Go to Office.com and sign in.

Search for Bookings, or select theApp launcher >All apps, and select Bookings.

Select Get started or Create new calendar, which will start a guided setup experience.

Give your calendar a name, Add a logo, Choose a business type, and set your Business hours. Then select Next.

Search for people in your business to be given access to this calendar and then select Next.
Tip: You can always add more people or make changes later, including the ability to add people who are not users within your Microsoft 365 subscription.

Select Change to make adjustments to your first service, which is an appointment type. You can change the Service name, Service duration, when the service is available, and if you want it to be a Teams meeting for a virtual appointment. Select Update service and then Next.

Choose if you want to let customers make appointments or if you only want people in your business to make the appointments. Then, select Create calendar.

After a few moments, select Get started to go to your Bookings calendar to add new appointments or make changes to the calendar.
Making your Booking page live creates a page for your customers to book appointments that work for them on their own, based on what’s available. If you didn’t make your page public during the guided setup experience, here’s how to make it live:

Go to Office.com and sign in.

Go to Bookings.

Choose the Bookings calendar you want to make changes to.

Select Booking page.

Under Configure booking page, select the drop-down and choose Available to anyone.
You can copy a link to the Booking page and share it however you want, like in a promotional email, newsletter, or on your website. You can also use the Embed code to add the appointments on an existing webpage.
