Microsoft Forms features for U.S. Government Community Cloud (GCC), GCC High, and DoD environments

Note: Dynamics 365 Customer Voice (formerly Forms Pro) is not available for GCC High nor DoD environments.

There are a few Microsoft Forms feature differences between general Microsoft 365 Apps for business offerings and those available for U.S. Government Community Cloud (GCC), GCC High, and DoD environments.

Forms sharing

External sharing is available for the GCC, GCC High and DoD environment. Learn more about how to turn off or turn on Microsoft Forms for your organization.

People within your organization may do the following:

Complete a form and submit responses.
Duplicate and share a form as a template.
Co-author or collaborate on a form.
Access form results

Email notification

Email notification is not available for GCC, GCC High, and DoD environments.

Forms in Power Automate

Creating an automated workflow for Forms in Power Automate is now available for GCC High and DoD environments.

Insert a picture and Bing image search

When inserting a picture in Forms, Bing image search is not available for GCC, GCC High, and DoD environments.

Insert a video

Insert a video function is not available for GCC, GCC High, and DoD environments.

Math feature

Math feature in quizzes is not available for GCC, GCC High, and DoD environments.

Office integration

Integration with other Office products is not available for GCC, GCC High, and DoD environments.

Poll in Outlook

Creating a poll in Outlook is not available for the GCC environment, GCC High, and DoD environments.

Poll in Teams

Creating a poll in Teams is available for the GCC environment, but not GCC High and DoD environments.
