They'll also see people and resources connected to the topic.

Use # in the body of a message or meeting invite

  1. In the body of the email message or calendar invite, enter the hashtag (#) and the first few letters of a term.

  2. When Viva Topics offers you one or more suggestions, choose the topic you want to include.

Readers of your message or invite will see the topic highlighted in Outlook and more details shown when they hover over it.
