Team up to resolve customer complaints

Resolving customer complaints needs to happen quickly. However, finding the right information and expertise can take time. You need an easy way to search for information and team up across the company to quickly provide customer support.

Your browser does not support video. Install Microsoft Silverlight, Adobe Flash Player, or Internet Explorer 9.

Find existing documentation with Intelligent Search & Discovery regarding previous customer service issues and people who’ve dealt with similar circumstances across your organization. Once you’ve identified the team and the information you need, bring them together in Microsoft Teams.

Create a customer response plan in Teams to easily reference for future inquiries. Use Planner to assign and track tasks to create your response plan efficiently. Use the Files tab to organize customer service forms and your team’s work. This allows everyone to learn from past customer inquiries and access existing response communications for future support.
