To use Microsoft 365 resources in your Microsoft 365 connected Yammer group, click a link in the Microsoft 365 Resources section.
Note: If this section doesn't appear for a specific group, it means the group is not connected. Only public groups and listed private groups can be connected.
SharePoint Document Library
A central place for the group to save and store files.
If your organization has the Yammer files stored in SharePoint feature, files you store in Yammer are automatically saved in the Apps/Yammer folder in this document library. For more information, see How do I tell where my Yammer files are being stored?.
For all files in the group's document library, you can use all of SharePoint Online's features, including revision control and managing permissions.
The SharePoint team site is a central repository for information, links, and content for your group.
Create and edit a shared OneNote notebook for the group for gathering ideas, research, and information.
Planner is used to assign and manage project tasks among group members.The first person in the group to open Planner creates the plan, and then anyone in the group can edit it. For more information, see Planner help.
You can also:
Create live events in the group. In Group Actions, select Create a Live Event. For more information, see Organize a live event in Yammer.
See the group in the global address list (GAL) in Outlook, which means you can easily send email to all group members.
Use Microsoft 365 Connectors to add Apps to Yammer.
Use PowerBI to post business analytics dashboards for your group in your group's SharePoint site. For more information, see Power BI documentation.
