Use Rewrite to say it differently

Rewrite offers you alternate suggestions for selected phrases in your document.

  1. In your document, highlight any text or phrase.

  2. Right-click and select Rewrite (Preview).

  3. Choose any of the suggestions displayed in the Editor pane.
