To help protect customers, Excel 4.0 (XML) macros will be disabled by default in Microsoft 365. We encourage you to migrate these macros to the latest version of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

You can now use the Intelligent Translator in Outlook. When you receive a message in another language, a prompt will appear on top of the message asking if you’d like Outlook to translate it to your preferred language. You can also right-click to translate specific words, phrases, or the whole message.

Application Guard supports saving your files in alternate formats
Application Guard protects you from opening files that may contain data, such as viruses or malware.Now Application Guard allows you to use Save As to change the file type to a wide variety of options.

Track just your changes in your documents
Sometimes when you're collaborating, you only want your own changes to be tracked, without forcing this setting on others. To track only your changes, go to Review tab, select Track changes, and choose Just Mine.

Get control over the first two query steps that automatically promote column headers and change data types
By default, Power Query promotes a first row to a column header and converts the Any data type to a specific data type, but you can control this with a Query option.

Make your presentation more accessible to people watching embedded videos in their non-native language, people learning to read, and people who are deaf or hard of hearing by adding closed captions. To try it out, select the video, choose Playback, and select Insert Captions.
