Stay productive, work with others, and don't miss a thing when you work on the web in Microsoft 365.

  • Office.com is a great place to start your day or get back to work. Open an app, get back to recent work, use Search, or create a new document.

  • There's nothing to install when you work in the web, and everything saves automatically, so just start working.

  • Select Share to share your doc with others and start collaborating.

  • When you're collaborating, everyone works on the latest version. You'll see changes right as they're made.

  • Add or reply to comments, create @mentions, and assign tasks.

  • Just like the desktop apps, use the latest AI powered features to enhance your work, without the need to be an expert.

    • Editor improves your writing.

    • Designer makes professional looking slides instantly.

    • Analyze Data gives you data insights you might have missed.

  • Select Open in Desktop App whenever you want to work on the desktop or need to work offline. You'll continue to work on the same file and changes will be saved to the cloud as soon as you're back online.
