Your roadmap gives an overview of status across your projects. To change the status on a top-level key date or row item:
Select it, and choose a new status from the Status drop-down.
Note
Status settings in the roadmap don’t sync back to the source project, such as in Project Online. They’re only visible here in the roadmap.
