If you can’t locate a lost file from your backup, then you can use Windows File Recovery, which is a command line app available from the Microsoft Store.Use this app to try to recover lost files that have been deleted from your local storage device (including internal drives, external drives, and USB devices) and can’t be restored from the Recycle Bin.

Tips: If you don't see the OneDrive icon, OneDrive might not be running. On a PC, go to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click OneDrive in the search results. You might need to click the Show hidden icons arrow next to the notification area to see the OneDrive icons. On a Mac, use Spotlight to search for OneDrive and open it.

Notes: If you can't use your camera to scan a QR Code, click Can't scan the image on your PC and tap Enter code manually on your mobile.. If you are allowed by your admin to use phone sign-in using Authenticator, you'll be able to go through device registration to get set up for passwordless phone sign-in and Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication.

Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.
