INTRODUCTION

This article describes that a country-specific update is available to check the validation for electronic fiscal documents according to the "Nota técnica 2012.005c" legislation of NF-e in Brazil in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1 with the Brazilian localization layer installed.

2806506 A country-specific update is available to comply with the "Nota técnica 2012.005b" legislation of NF-e in Brazil in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1with the Brazilian localization layer installed Addtionally, after you apply hotfix 2806506, the system validates the following aspects in an electronic fiscal document:

  • CFOP for interstate and outgoing.

  • IE differs from ISENTO.

  • The date is greater than 1/1/2013.

  • ICMS values are greater than 4% for taxation codes: 00, 10, 70 and 90.

However, the following aspects are exceptions to the validation rules:

  • CFOP for interstate, outgoing and return if the CFOP list is at spec.

  • The date is greater than 1/1/2013 and earlier than 4/1/2013.

After you apply this update, the following validations are included in the "EFiscalDocumentValidation_BR" function to check the validation rules. This enables the validation works without exceptions.

  • The "checkTaxationOrigin" function is created with the validation rules.

  • The "checkTaxationOrigin" function is invoked in a "validateLine" method.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply this hotfix.
