Can't access the run queue of a gateway

Symptoms

I can't access the run queue from the "See in run queue" contextual menu. I'm instead being shown an empty state.

Verifying issue

1- Check that you have access to the machine/gateway that the desktop flow is executed on

Check you have access to the gateway

 

Solving steps

1- Ask the owner of the gateway to share the gateway with you
