Check the USB connector on your camera

Unplug the camera and then plug it back into the USB port. If you have multiple USB ports, plug the camera into a different USB port on the same computer. If your USB connector is plugged into a USB hub: 

  1. Plug the hub into a different USB port on the same computer.

  2. Make sure you’re using a powered hub that works for high-powered USB devices.

  3. Try to plug the wireless plug into a USB port on your computer instead of the hub.

See if your camera works with another PC. If it does, there might be a problem with your PC.
