Symptoms

Note This article applies only to the country installations for the United Kingdom and for Canada.

When you add an e-mail address to existing customers who use the Customer Great Plains Standard Adapter, you receive the following error message:

You must register Multicurrency Management before you can convert the functional currency to Euro.

You receive this error message in Integration Manager for Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 and in Integration Manager for Microsoft Business Solutions - Great Plains 8.0.
