To get in touch with our support team, please send a message through the chat widget in the bottom right-hand corner after logging into Clipchamp. It'll appear in the Clipchamp Windows app or if you go to https:/app.clipchamp.com in Edge or Chrome.
The widget will load in the editing interface at app.clipchamp.com through the ? icon. When you click on it a messenger window will open.
If the widget doesn't get shown, please check your browser privacy settings - if you have any privacy extensions installed, make sure to allow clipchamp.com and app.clipchamp.com, then reload the page afterward.
Alternatively, you can get in touch by sending an email to support(at)clipchamp(dot)com. Please note that this address will get retired soon, therefore we recommend contacting the Clipchamp support team via the in-app chat option.
