This article provides details on how to check the co-op claim status in Partner Center.
Claims status can be checked via the Co-op management tab which displays all existing claims, or via the program specific claims view.
You can see the status of each claim in the Status column.
At the top right-hand side, notification icons will alert you on required actions for a claim. For example:
When a draft claim is due to expire soon
When action is required on an already submitted claim
If action is required, click on the claim name to see more information.
The history section of the claim will show what action is required. Select the Feedback link within the activity column to open the feedback window.
You are now able to see the action you need to take to continue with the claim. Once required action is complete, the claim will be available to resubmit.
