Manage Actions in Kaizala
You can communicate with other people in various ways on Microsoft Kaizala. In addition to sending text messages, you can use Actions such as create a job, survey, or poll or send pictures, videos, audio messages, and documents as attachments. You and others can like or comment on Actions and attachments.
Add or remove Actions from a group
To access Actions:

In the group conversation, in the chat box at the bottom of the page, tap
.

The available actions are listed in the first row.

To discover more actions:

Tap Add More+ at the upper right.

Or, tap Discover
> Kaizala Actions to access a full list of available actions.

A few Kaizala actions are added by default to any group you create. You can remove some of these or add other actions to all your groups for quicker access.
To add an action to a group:

Tap Discover
> Kaizala Actions.

Actions that are already in your palette will display this icon
in the upper right corner.

Tap the Action that you want to add to your palette, and then tap Add to chats.
To remove an action to a group:

Tap Discover
> Kaizala Actions.

Actions that are already in your palette will display this icon
in the upper right corner.

Tap the Action that you want to remove from your palette, and then tap Remove from chats.
Send reminders for Actions
For some Kaizala Actions, such as jobs, polls, surveys, attendance, checklists, quizzes and training, you can help other people stay on tracking by sending them reminders.
To send a reminder:

Tap the published action in your conversation.

Tap Remind people to respond at the bottom of the page.
Check pending and completed Actions
You can easily track the status of Actions that you have received and sent.
To review your Actions:

Tap Profile
> Action Items.

Select an Action type:

The Received tab lists the Actions that you have received.

The Sent tab lists the Actions you have sent.

Use the back arrow to go back to the pending actions lists.

By default, both of these lists are filtered to show incomplete or pending items. To set different filters, tap More
.

Give consent to custom Actions
You can choose to give consent to custom Actions that are created by the tenant admins. These actions may access your location and profile details to complete the task.
To give consent:

Tap Allow if you trust the action created by the tenant.

Tap Cancel if you do not trust the action created by the tenant.
