Manage group content in Kaizala
Star messages
You can add a star to messages to save them for quick reference later.
To add a star to a message:

On Android, press and hold the message, and then tap
. -
On iOS, press and hold the message, and then select Star from the resulting options.
To view your starred messages:

Tap Chats
> More 
> Settings > Starred Messages. -
From the list, tap the message to open the message within the respective conversation.
Clear group content
You can clear all group content from your device.
To clear your group content:

Open the group conversation, and then tap Group Info.

In the upper right corner, tap More
, and then tap Clear History.Note: This will clear content only for you. Other people in the conversation will still have access to their content.
Delete messages
You can easily delete messages you've sent that you no longer want other people to see and also delete any messages that only you no longer want to see.
Delete a sent message for everyone
You can delete messages you've sent from a 1:1 or group chat for any reason. When you delete a sent message for everyone, it is replaced with the message, “You deleted this message.” On successful deletion, other people will see a message that says, “This message was deleted."
In organization groups, admins can delete for everyone messages that others have sent. In this case, group members will see a message that says, “Admin deleted this message.”
To delete a message for everyone:

Open the Kaizala app and go to a 1:1 or group chat.

Tap and hold to select the message.

Select Delete from the toolbar or menu options.

Tap Delete for Everyone.
Notes:

For messages to be successfully deleted for everyone, the participants must be using a version of the app that supports this feature.

Keep in mind, people can see messages before you delete them or if the deletion is not successful.

You only have an hour after sending a message to delete it for everyone.

You won’t be notified if your attempt to delete a message for everyone has failed.
Delete any message for yourself
You can delete messages you’ve sent or received without affecting what other people see.
To delete a message for only yourself:

Open the Kaizala app and go to a 1:1 or group chat.

Tap and hold to select the message.

Select Delete from the toolbar or menu options.

Tap Delete for Me.
