Applies ToLync Server 2013

Summary

As part of the Skype for Business Online retirement, the Move-CsUser cmdlet is updated to communicate with a new endpoint that's used by the Microsoft Teams infrastructure. Prior to this change, Move-CsUser communicated with an endpoint that's used by Skype for Business Online infrastructure. There is no functional change to how user moves behave. Additionally, the older Skype for Business Online Connector was removed. Customers now must install the latest version of Teams PowerShell Module to be able to administer Teams.

In the future, this fix will be required when legacy services are retired and decommissioned. Microsoft will announce the timeline for decommissioning as it becomes clearer. We recommend that all users who have a Skype for Business hybrid environment update to this cumulative update as soon as possible to avoid any disruptions.
