September 9, 2014 Cumulative Update for SharePoint Server 2013 package

Summary

Cumulative update packages for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 contain hotfixes for the issues that were fixed since the release of SharePoint Server 2013. Additionally, this update improves the stability of the search components in large farms.

Note This is build 15.0.4649.1001 of the cumulative update package.

We recommend that you test those hotfixes before you deploy them in a production environment. Because the builds are cumulative, each new release contains all the hotfixes and security updates that were included in the previous SharePoint Server 2013 update package releases.
