When you use the Grid to Excel functionality in Microsoft Dynamics SL you notice that the spreadsheet contains no data. Additionally, column headers incorrectly read Column1, Column2, and so on.
This problem occurs when the ACDManagedAddin.Connect Excel add-in is enabled.
Disable the ACDManagedAddin.Connect Excel add-in. To do this follow these steps:
1. Click the Microsoft Office Button, Click Excel Options, and then click Add-Ins.
2. Select the Add- in type in the Manage box and then click Go.
3. Clear the check for the ACDManagedAddin.Connect add-in, and then click OK.
